Terms and conditions

1) TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

- cancellations up to 15 days before the date of arrival do not involve any cost (you can cancel the reservation by clicking on "manage booking", in the menu "the houses" on our site);
- cancellations made after this deadline and no shows, involve the charge of the first night and 50% of the entire stay if more than 3 nights;
- in case of early departure 100% of the stay will be charged;

2) SUPPLEMENTS:

- 3rd BED € 25 PER NIGHT PER PERSON;
- CHILDREN 0-3 FREE BED WITH PARENTS;
- € 10 COT TO BE SIGNED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING;
- PETS ALLOWED ON REQUEST. SUPPLEMENT OF € 15 PER DAY;

3) STRUCTURE / RECEPTION TIMES:

- Check In h. 16.30 / 20.00
- Check Out h. 8.00 / 10.30 (Late C. Supplementary € 40 by 4.00 pm) ***
- Reception h. 8.00 - 13.00 // 16.30 - 20.30
